Where are you located? How do I get to your office? 
Our office is located in the Coyote Hills Professional Building located on the Southeast corner at the intersection of Bastanchury Road and State College Boulevard in Fullerton, California. Our address is 2288 North State College Boulevard, Fullerton, CA 92831. Get directions here.
What types of insurance do you accept?
We accept PPO dental insurance from all carriers. We are an "in-network" provider for Delta Dental Premier. We do not accept HMO insurance at this time.
How do I schedule an appointment? Please call us at 714-990-2057 or request a call from one of our friendly staff.
What are your office hours?
Monday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Tuesday thru Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
We break for lunch each day from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.
If I am not a patient, do you offer second opinions?
Yes, we are happy to offer complementary second opinions to help you make an informed decision on your dental health.
What do I need to bring with me to my first appointment? Please download, print and fill out the forms to the right. Bring them with you to your first appointment. If you have dental records and/or dental films from your previous dentist, please provide his/her contact info so we may request a copy.
